Additional Information
Delivery & Locations
We do not allow for reservations where the trailer will be towed by the renter. All bookings require delivery of the trailer to your camping spot or private property.

We deliver & set up in the San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz & Monterey county areas. Delivery fees are based on distance. See booking information for delivery & set up fees.

Camping spots must accommodate a 26 ft travel trailer plus extra space for maneuvering the trailer in and out of the site. The site should ideally have hook up for power, water, and sewage.

Private property or driveway locations must be privately owned, be located on a flat grade, and accessible to a tow vehicle that will need to navigate turning and backing in with the trailer. Access to power and water within 50ft. is required for electric and water services.

Water, Electricty & Sewage
The trailer is designed to be either connected to services (water, power, and sewage) or dry camping for only short durations (max 2-3 days depending on the number of people and water usage).
If you will be dry camping a generator can be provided at an additional fee. There is a battery in arm rest of the couch for powering devices when dry camping.

When camping, whether connected to services or dry camping, please conserve water. When connected to water, conserving water use will ensure the tanks to do not overflow! When dry camping conserving water ensures you don't run out.

When connected to electricity there is a space heater onboard. Using the space heater will help you preserve propane. Running out of propane is a very real possibility when camped somewhere cold for a couple days and there are not propane refills close by.

Sewage: What goes in, must come out... Please do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet! As a part of the cleaning the tanks are dumped after each rental and cleaned before each rental. If there is any problem dumping after your rental you may be responsible for damage if anything in appropriate was put in the toilet.
How many people can it accommodate?
The maximum capacity is 2 adults & 2 small children. The trailer has a queen bed that can sleep 2 adults. There is a couch that pulls out to a sleeper that can accommodate 1-2 people however, the trailer is quite small and has limited water and sewage capacity.

If your family is larger or your camping in a bigger group we recommend renting additional trailers or adding tent camping and using the trailer as a fun base camp! Please note, if you do this the water and sewage capacity is limited so extra campers need to use the public camp ground facilities.
Pets: While we love pets the trailer is quite small. We do not allow dogs over 20 lbs. If you have a dog please do not let your dog on the couch with out a dog blanket underneath them.

All bookings include a basic cleaning fee. If there is excessive cleaning or damage, outside of normal use additional fees may be incurred. Normal use and cleaning includes: wiping of all hard surfaces, washing of all linens, replenishing of toiletries, dry goods. Unusual cleaning and damage would include damage to drapes, blinds, upholstered walls, upholstered couch, stains to linens or bedding that can not be removed, deep gouges or dents (beyond surface scratches) to any interior or exterior hard surfaces.
